D & C Property Services Limited have recently renovated an entire front elevation of a cob cottage belonging to my daughter. This was a very large undertaking involving repairs of large defects in the walls and around the windows as well as putting rods into the joists of the house which entailed some work inside both upstairs and downstairs. The project was carried out with great care and expertise and always in accordance with advice from the structural engineer, to the letter. The team, under excellent leadership worked very well together and were pleasant and courteous. They were always willing to explain and demonstrate what they were doing. Some innovative ideas were put forward and carried out to improve the look of the cottage both inside and outside. We were very pleased with the way everything was finished off and cleared at the end, especially inside. I would be happy to recommend D & C Property Services Limited to anyone with a cob property as they are obviously very skilled at this type of work.
