Company ProfileThe Business was set up in 1993 by Conrad Goss and after many years of success the Limited Company was formed in 1999 to undertake development projects of high quality and high specification. The Company has specialised in Barn Conversions and Period Properties in rural Devon and Cornwall as well as Listed Buildings and imaginative Commercial Property Renovations.
Over the years the Company has worked very hard to meet the requirements of its valued customers and has met every challenge with enthusiasm and expertise.
Customers have been rewarded by the Company's success in nurturing a specialist workforce over a number of years. The workforce treat each task with a priority to complete it to the highest quality. They work very hard and often long hours to ensure timely completion of projects. They work well individually and as a team and all take a great deal of pride in the work that they do.
