Consultancy & Advisory ServicesWe have many years experience as property developers and as specialists in barn conversions and period property restoration and renovation. Because of our knowledge and experience we are able to offer the following consultancy and advisory services.
Advisory Service
This service provides clients with advice about their project such as types of material to use, where to start, how to best tackle the project and practical methods and procedures. Advice is also given on how to minimise cost and maximise value as well as dealing with space management, thermal retention and lighting issues. Environmental issues such as rainwater, recycling, sewage treatment and heating are also dealt with if on the agenda. This service does cover a broad scope for most projects.
Advisory Fee £30.00 per hour door to door (verbal advice only) plus mileage for travelling to and from site. Written estimates are available at a cost of £60.00. A written report can also be produced and is costed separately depending on the size of the project and the detail required.
Consultancy Service
This service provides the client with everything contained in the Advisory Service with the addition of the following:-
1. Building Control Services, specifications and applicationsPlanning amendments, applications and review
2. Material sourcing and costing service
The fees for this service are as above with the addition of individually rated fees for applications based upon their complexity and work involved. This really can help save you time and money. An invaluable part of this service is our knowledge and experience in dealing with departments such as Building Control and Planning Officers. We have the ability to find suitable materials for a project as well as providing the costs of those materials. To take this a stage further we can also help supply the materials required and have them delivered direct to site.
This service has a registration fee of just £250.00.
Project Management
Under the project management scheme we will deal with the architects, structural engineers, planners, building control officer, environmental services and utility services etc and complete all documents and applications where necessary. We will source and/or provide the necessary builders/tradesman for the relevant work. This service really does mean you can sit back and get on with your life while we take on the potential stress and strain for you. We will provide you with regular updates as required and with the help of digital cameras and the internet we can send you pictures of your project as it progresses wherever you are in the world. You decide on how little or how much you want us to do.
The Project Management Service is priced individually depending on the size and nature of the project and quotations are available on request.
